Who we are

What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the quote form we receive your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to add: company, event type, date and time, guest count, location, budget range, the menus and services you picked, notes, and how you heard about us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being sent by a person and not a bot.
- Your browser. The menu event list and a half-finished quote request are saved in your own browser so they carry over between pages. They stay on your device until you send the request or clear your browser data.
- Advertising measurement. We use a Google Ads tag to learn whether visitors who clicked our ads go on to send a quote request. It may set cookies and share the visit and the conversion with Google.
- Content from other services. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the Google reviews on our pages load from Google through our review feed. These requests can reveal your IP address to those services.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and plan your event.
- To email you an automatic confirmation of what you sent.
- To measure our advertising, keep the site secure and stop spam.
Who sees it
Quote requests are emailed to our catering sales team at ITH Hospitality. We use Cloudflare to host this site and deliver those emails, and Google for the advertising tag, fonts and reviews. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep quote emails for as long as we need them to plan and serve your event and to keep ordinary business, tax and legal records. After that we delete them or remove identifying details.
Your choices
- Ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us: email info@beacon-catering.com or call (607) 882-3692.
- Manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Clear your browser data to remove the event list and draft request saved on your device.
Children
This website is for adults planning events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and its date.
