How do I get a quote?
Use our quote request form, call (607) 882-3692 or email info@beacon-catering.com with your date, guest count, location and the menus you like. You can build an event list on the menus page and paste it into your request.
What areas do you serve?
Ithaca, Lansing, Trumansburg, Hector, Dryden, Cortland and the wider Finger Lakes region.
How far in advance should we book?
Two days for breakfast and celebration-of-life receptions; three to seven days for most drop-off and buffet menus; ten days for plated dinners and two weeks for formal buffets; 15 days for any event with alcohol. Weddings book months ahead.
What's the minimum order?
Most menus start at 30 guests or a subtotal minimum from $300 (drop-off breakfast and lunch) to $1,000 (formal dinners and brunch).
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food?
Yes. Every menu marks V, VG and GF options, and our chefs prepare custom meals for celiac, nut allergies, halal and kosher needs with about a week's notice.
Do you provide bartenders and alcohol?
Yes. We are licensed to serve at off-site events through a NYS catering permit, which requires 15 days' notice. Packages start at $15.95 per person for beer and wine.
Do you offer tastings?
Tastings are available for some formal menus.
Is there a service fee?
Staffed events may be subject to tax, a service fee and gratuity; drop-off orders may be subject to tax, a delivery fee and gratuity. Your quote lists every charge up front.
