For office managers
What's the minimum for a corporate drop-off?
Breakfast and lunch drop-offs start at 30 guests or a $300 subtotal. Boxed meals start at 30 guests or a $500 subtotal.
How much notice do you need?
Two days for breakfast, three days for luncheon and boxed meals, one week for conference packages and 15 days for any happy hour with alcohol.
Does Beacon work with Cornell University departments?
Yes. Beacon Events and Catering is listed among the caterers with Cornell pricing agreements (vendor no. 124290-1), for both full-service and drop-off catering. Departments should confirm current insurance requirements with Cornell Risk Management.
Do you offer standing orders?
